Dear Citizens,
Due to the current financial situation caused by the slowdown in the
economy, I, President Obama have decided to implement a scheme to put
workers of 50 years of age and above on early retirement.
This scheme will be known as RAPE (Retire Aged People Early).
Persons selected to be RAPED can apply to Congress to be considered for
the SHAFT scheme (Special Help After Forced Termination).
Persons who have been RAPED and SHAFTED will be reviewed under the SCREW
program (Scheme Covering Retired-Early Workers).
A person may be RAPED once, SHAFTED twice and SCREWED as many times as
I, President Obama deem appropriate.
Persons who have been RAPED could get AIDS (Additional Income for
Dependants & Spouse) or HERPES (Half Earnings for Retired Personnel
Early Severance).
Obviously persons who have AIDS or HERPES will not be SHAFTED or SCREWED
any further by me, President Obama.
Persons who are not RAPED and are staying on will receive as much SHIT
(Special High Intensity Training) as possible. I, President Obama have
always prided myself on the amount of SHIT I give our citizens..
Should you feel that you do not receive enough SHIT, please bring this
to the attention of your Congressman, who has been trained to give you
all the SHIT you can handle.
Sincerely,
President O

This time it's Bill Lockyer, California Treasurer (and a Democrat to boot!), who takes on the looney left of the California legislature. It's worth a look. All hope is not lost...

We haven't checked in with Alfonso's "Zonation" for a while so, here's Al on Keith Oberman vs Rush Limbaugh:
You Can't Spell "Success" Without "Sucks"

Christina Romer, the chair of President Barack Obama's Council of Economic Advisers, says spending from the $787 billion economic stimulus has already had its biggest impact on economic growth and will likely not contribute to significant expansion next year.
At the same time, 49 of the 50 states saw higher unemployment numbers. Only California saw a big drop-off in new claims, while Florida, New York, Wisconsin and Indiana reported more job cuts in industries such as construction, manufacturing and the car sector.

Will The H1N1 Virus Be President Obama's "Katrina"?

With President Obama's visit to New Orleans to see the lingering damage from Hurricane Katrina, one must ponder - will the H1N1 be this administration's "Katrina"? News is the number of both seasonal flu and swine flu vaccines distributed is lagging in most states, with only a few thousand doses shipping in to Texas, with over 24 million residents. Take Dallas County, the ninth most populous county in the United States:
Dallas County , with 10 confirmed deaths from the virus, received its second shipment of vaccine: 700 doses, including injectable vaccine. Department officials have not said how they plan to distribute this shipment. They used the first 700 doses they received two weeks ago on health care workers, including first responders and public school nurses. Dallas County has a population of almost 2.5 million. At the rate of 700 doses a week it will take 68years to inoculate the county's population for H1N1.
In Florida, plans are being made to ban some H1N1 patients from hospitals.
In New York the mayor is suggesting patients be quarantined in E.Rs.
In Katrina 1,836 people lost their lives in the actual hurricane and in the subsequent floods, making it the deadliest U.S. hurricane since the 1928 Okeechobee hurricane. At the rate the Obama administration is getting out vaccine the H1N1 deaths may well out strip this natural disaster.
Anyone up to rereading Stephen King's "The Stand"?

Anita Dunn's Two Favorites ~ Rolled Into One !
Label this:
A) Anita Dunn, White House spokeswoman and personal attack dog assigned to Fox News by the Obama administration, has a thing for Mao Tse Tung (or Mao Zudung). She is on record for stating he and Mother Theresa are her "favorite philosophers". Well being a product of public education, she probably never heard of the millions of Chinese who were slaughtered at the hands of the Red Army during the Chinese Communist Revolt led by this ruthless dictator...or may be she has.
B) A Chinaman's chance at making a million and pulls one one the Big O. At under ten American dollars, and Lord knows the Chinese have a butt load of 'em, this enterprising Bejing T-shirt maker stands to make big money. If everyone in China buys one shirt he stands to make almost a thousand American dollars given the state of the US Buck under this administration. Further more with the President's upcoming apology tour of Chine, his entourage will probably buy his entire stock for Christmas presents. Tres Cute!

You Can't Tell The Players Without A Scorecard !
Liberalism VS Conservativism
This pretty much describes our Country today.
If a conservative doesn't like guns, he doesn`t buy one.
If a liberal doesn't like guns, he wants all guns outlawed.
If a conservative is a veget arian, he doesn`t eat meat.
If a liberal is a vegetarian, he wants all meat products banned for everyone.
If a conservative sees a foreign threat, he thinks about how to defeat his enemy.
A liberal wonders how to surrender gracefully and still look good.
If a conservative is homosexual, he quietly leads his life.
If a liberal is homosexual, he demands legislated respect.
If a black man or Hispanic are conservative, they see themselves as independently successful.
Their liberal counterparts see themselves as victims in need of government protection.
If a conservative is down-and-out, he thinks about how to better his situation.
A liberal wonders who is going to take care of him.
If a conservative doesn't like a talk show host, he switches channels.
Liberals demand that those they don't like be shut down.
If a conservative is a non-believer, he doesn't go to church.
A liberal non-believer wants any mention of God and religion silenced. (Unless it's a foreign religion, of course!)
If a conservative decides he needs health care, he goes about shopping for it, or may choose a job that provides it.
A liberal demands that the rest of us pay for his.
If a conservative slips and falls in a store, he gets up, laughs and is embarrassed.
If a liberal slips and falls, he grabs his neck, moans like he's in labor and then sues.
If you're confused about who is who...here's the typical liberal at work:

Well, the first foot is in ...

...a few minutes ago the Senate voted "Yea" on its Obamacare bill with all Democrats and one Rino (Olympia Snowe) the bill passed out of comittee and on to to Senate floor - rather than the Senate trash can. More to come, I'm sure.
You may remember these words from about one year ago:
"And if you're a family making less than $250,000 a year, my plan won't raise your taxes one penny--not your income taxes, not your payroll taxes, not your capital gains taxes, not any of your taxes," Barak Obama
Oh, by the way 91% of the costs falls on us making less than $200,000.

"Meet John Doe" . . .

...is the classic "everyman" movie by Hollywood icon, Frank Capra. Why do I bring this up? Well that's how Kevin Jennings, Safe School Czar, was presented by Pres. Obama, just an average citizen doing his job. How could this be controversial as a choice for "Safe School Czar?"
Here's some thing maybe Mr. President forgot to mention:
Kevin Jennings is a supporter of pedophilia advocates and NAMBLA (North American Man Boy Love Assoc. - or whatever) supporters.
Mr. Jennings encouraged a sexual relationship between a fifteen year old boy and a grown man who solicited the kid in a bus station bathroom.
Kevin Jennings stated he believes that schools cannot be safe as long as the Boy Scouts of America are allowed to meet in public schools.
Kevin Jennings promotes kindergartens teaching about gay sex(should any sex be taught at this level?).
People are after Kevin Jennings because he has and is advocating — a complete rejection of common decency in favor of the most radical aspects of the gay agenda including, but not limited to, man-boy sex.

Madison weather forecasts calls for record lows in the freezing range for the next two days. Way to go Mr. Global Warming, you did it again. Here's a check of our weather courtesy of ACCUWEATHER:
A cold outbreak befitting November much more than October has already left a trail of broken temperature records in its wake. Not only over a swath of the Rockies and the Plains, but also in western Canada, from whence the cold winds have blown.
Single-digit readings will be widespread over Montana and into parts of the neighboring Northwest. Teens will be reach over a much wider area from the northern Cascades to the northern Plains. These readings, sometimes 20 and even 30 degrees below normal, will shatter old records by 10 degrees or more in some instances.

All Nippon Airlines [ANAL], a major Japanese airline, has a new passenger regulation. Everyone must use the restroom before boarding their planes. No word if the on plane restrooms will be sold as private suites, but here's hoping the barf bags have extra strong liners, just in case.

Please Don't Come Home For Christmas...

Guess who's not welcome this Christmas at the Capitol's Christmas tree this year?
You probably already know, but read on for the full story from Texas Insider.
:The U.S. Forest Service has banned the name of Jesus from decorations being assembled by children in Arizona for the Capitol Christmas Tree this year. Yet a legal firm is challenging this censorship, Jonathan Scruggs, from the Alliance Defense Fund, said,"Banning Christmas from the Capitol Christmas tree is just absurd. Christian students shouldn’t be discriminated against for expressing their religious beliefs." Further more,"The First Amendment does not allow government officials to exclude schoolchildren’s ornaments for the capitol’s Christmas tree merely because they communicate a religious viewpoint.”
A concerned mother of a child who wanted to make orniments saying “Happy Birthday, Jesus ” and “Merry Christmas” with a manger contacted the Alliance Defense Fund with her concerns. The ADF demanded the restriction be rescinded or the family “will be forced to take legal action to protect her child’s First Amendment rights.”
The Forest Service Ornament Program states ornaments must be 9-12 inches tall, able to withstand winter weather for three weeks, include a loop of wire for hanging, and be able to be seen 75 feet away. Also, “Ornament designs may not reflect religious or political themes.” That is unless they contain the following image:

Let me be the first to wish you: "Merry Christmas!"
