" It must be said, that like the breaking of a great dam, the American decent into Marxism is happening with breath taking speed, against the back drop of a passive, hapless sheeple, excuse me dear reader, I meant people.

True, the situation has been well prepared on and off for the past century, especially the past twenty years. The initial testing grounds was conducted upon our Holy Russia and a bloody test it was. But we Russians would not just roll over and give up our freedoms and our souls, no matter how much money Wall Street poured into the fists of the Marxists.

Those lessons were taken and used to properly prepare the American populace for the surrender of their freedoms and souls, to the whims of their elites and betters.

First, the population was dumbed down through a politicized and substandard education system based on pop culture, rather then the classics. Americans know more about their favorite TV dramas then the drama in DC that directly affects their lives. They care more for their "right" to choke down a McDonalds burger or a BurgerKing burger than for their constitutional rights. Then they turn around and lecture us about our rights and about our "democracy". Pride blind the foolish.

Then their faith in God was destroyed, until their churches, all tens of thousands of different "branches and denominations" were for the most part little more then Sunday circuses and their televangelists and top protestant mega preachers were more then happy to sell out their souls and flocks to be on the "winning" side of one pseudo Marxist politician or another. Their flocks may complain, but when explained that they would be on the "winning" side, their flocks were ever so quick to reject Christ in hopes for earthly power. Even our Holy Orthodox churches are scandalously liberalized in America.

The final collapse has come with the election of Barack Obama. His speed in the past three months has been truly impressive. His spending and money printing has been a record setting, not just in America's short history but in the world. If this keeps up for more then another year, and there is no sign that it will not, America at best will resemble the Wiemar Republic and at worst Zimbabwe.

These past two weeks have been the most breath taking of all. First came the announcement of a planned redesign of the American Byzantine tax system, by the very thieves who used it to bankroll their thefts, loses and swindles of hundreds of billions of dollars. These make our Russian oligarchs look little more then ordinary street thugs, in comparison. Yes, the Americans have beat our own thieves in the shear volumes. Should we congratulate them? If al-Qaeda, the Taliban and the rest of the Looney Tunes brigade want to kick America to death, they had better move in quickly and grab a piece of the action before Barack Obama finishes the job himself. Never in the history of the United States has a president worked so actively against the interests of his own people - not even Jimmy Carter.

Obama's problem is that he does not know who the enemy is. To him, the enemy does not squat in caves in Waziristan, clutching automatic weapons and reciting the more militant verses from the Koran: instead, it sits around at tea parties in Kentucky quoting from the US Constitution. Obama is not at war with terrorists, but with his Republican fellow citizens. He has never abandoned the campaign trail.

That is why he opened Pandora's Box by publishing the Justice Department's legal opinions on waterboarding and other hardline interrogation techniques. He cynically subordinated the national interest to his partisan desire to embarrass the Republicans. Then he had to rush to Langley , Virginia to try to reassure a demoralised CIA that had just discovered the President of the United States was an even more formidable foe than al-Qaeda.

"Don't be discouraged by what's happened the last few weeks," he told intelligence officers. Is he kidding? Thanks to him, al-Qaeda knows the private interrogation techniques available to the US intelligence agencies and can train its operatives to withstand them - or would do so, if they had not already been outlawed.

So, next time a senior al-Qaeda hood is captured, all the CIA can do is ask him nicely if he would care to reveal when a major population centre is due to be hit by a terror spectacular, or which American city is about to be irradiated by a dirty bomb. Your view of this situation will be dictated by one simple criterion: whether or not you watched the people jumping from the twin towers...

President Pantywaist's recent world tour, cosying up to all the bad guys, excited the ambitions of America 's enemies. Here, they realised, is a sucker they can really take to the cleaners.

In 1913, thinking the U. S. Navy was being overcharged by the steel companies for armor plate for warships, the federal government decided to build its own plant. It estimated that a plant with a 10,000-ton annual capacity could produce armor plate for only 70% of what the steel companies charged.

When the plant was finally finished, however — three years after World War I had ended — it was millions over budget and able to produce armor plate only at twice what the steel companies charged. It produced one batch and then shut down, never to reopen.

The President drove another nail in the coffin of the automobile industry today by announcing a combination 35 mph CAFE standard and reduced emission standard which would take effect in 2016, conveniently after he leaves office. Cost to you the consumer? How about an extra $1,300.00 per vehicle. And just to give you an idea about what's currently available to meet these standards, you should go out and test drive a Smart Car, a Honda Civic, or a Toyota Prius. Other than that you're just S.O.L.

O' What A Tangled Web We Weave . .

Former VeeP and Self Appointed "Weatherman And Chief", Al Gore, is venturing into Pelosi territory and should refer to his notes concerning exactly when he started Bush bashing. In a recent CNN interview he stated that he " waited two years after I left office to make statements that were critical, and then of the policy," referring to past Veep Dick Cheney's recent comments concerning the present administration.

Well, not so fast carbon tax breath! Mr. Gore attacked the Bush administration in a speech to the Commonwealth Club on September 23, 2002. Here are his own words from that speech:

"By shifting from his early focus after September 11th on war against terrorism to war against Iraq, the President has manifestly disposed of the sympathy, good will and solidarity compiled by America and transformed it into a sense of deep misgiving and even hostility. In just one year, the President has somehow squandered the international outpouring of sympathy, goodwill and solidarity that followed the attacks of September 11th and converted it into anger and apprehension aimed much more at the United States than at the terrorist network..... (more blathering continued which I won't bother to bore you with).

"The Bush Administration may now be realizing that national and international cohesion are strategic assets. But it is a lesson long delayed and clearly not uniformly and consistently accepted by senior members of the cabinet. From the outset, the Administration has operated in a manner calculated to please the portion of its base that occupies the far right, at the expense of solidarity among Americans and between America and her allies.... (again, more blathering continued)."

"Far more damaging, however, is the Administration’s attack on fundamental constitutional rights. The idea that an American citizen can be imprisoned without recourse to judicial process or remedies, and that this can be done on the say-so of the President or those acting in his name, is beyond the pale."

This doesn't appear to be a love letter, so A) Did Mr. Gore actually resign from the Clinton Administration during his term and nobody noticed? or B) Again somebody is lyin' like a dawg.

Stimulus Update 2009

The Social Security Administration sent a $250 “stimulus” check to Mrs. Rose Hagner
The check was sent to the home of her son 83-year-old James Hagner. Mr. Hagner said, “I don’t even expect to get one for myself, and I get one for my mother." Only problem is Mrs. Hagner died on Memorial Day, 1967.

You may thinking there is a reasonable explanation for why the government sent a check to a woman who has been dead for over 40 years, AND it is probably a glitch in their system and doesn’t happen very often.

Well, Social Security representatives said there is a good explanation. Of thealmost 52 million checks mailed out, about 10,000 of those have been sent to people who are deceased. The agency blames the error on the strict mid-June deadline of mailing out all of the checks, which didn’t leave officials much time to clean up all of their records. Gee, they only had 43 years!

Welcome To Grand Canyon, Colorado...

In 1999, the US post office issued a 60 cent air mail stamp featuring the Grand Canyon. After the stamps were printed someone noticed the caption below the picture was incorrect, reading "Grand Canyon, Colorado."

At a cost of about $500,000, officials decided to destroy all 100 million stamps they had produced and reprint the stamps with correct wording.

The new stamps went on sale in January 2000. Everybody was happy until a park ranger pointed out the picture of the Grand Canyon was reversed during production and the scene was printed backwards.

The Post Office Inspector General determined the original printing slipped through because the post office failed to follow its own quality control procedures. When those procedureswere followed, they were "not sufficient to detect reversed images on the stamps."
